Novomatic's Gaminator slots have been gaining a lot of traction in European terrestrial casinos over the past
few years and they now compete pretty evenly with IGT for floor space in many. In fact, Novomatic have their own
"Admiral" branded casinos in some countries now. Among the most popular slot games is Sizzling Hot Deluxe
which is part of the "Hot" series that includes the Xtra Hot and Ultra Hot games.
Unlike many of Novomatic's popular games like the Book Of Ra or the follow-up
Book Of Ra Deluxe, the Sizzling Hot Deluxe game doesn't have a free spins
feature and to be honest, it's pretty unusual these days to find a game so popular without one. In fact, even more
than that, Sizzling Hot doesn't even have a feature! And yet it has an old-skool charm that's hard to quantify.
That's what the German company Novomatic base their games on though: an old skool look and feel. Many of them
have some very unique features too, like Katana with it's expanding wilds and
frquent triggers in the free spins or a game similar in look and feel to Sizzling Hot Deluxe, the
Power Stars game which introduces expanding wilds and respins.
One thing you can say with some certainty though, Novomatic games do tend to be quite volatile games. There are
quite a few of their games available to play for free here on Games & Fruit Machines and as you
can see from the grid above and on each game page, they are starting to appear at some very good online casinos
with good reputations too.
While I can't honestly say I'll be playing Sizzling Hot Deluxe much myself - I prefer games like Book Of Ra
or Dolphin's Pearl Deluxe myself - if you are not familiar with it then
I'd definitely recommend giving it a spin if you come from a background of fruit machines and more
traditional slot games: it might well appeal and it's very easy to understand.
