IGT's Coyote Moon slot is basically a clone of their Wolf Run game with
an identical free spin feature and stacked wilds. The game is still a fixture in some UK land-based
casinos - I recently played it at Brighton's Rendezvous in fact - but that Game King version feels
dated. The online version of Coyote Moon has been given a much-needed revamp.
The first thing you notice is that the graphics on the online Coyote Moon look fresher. They are
margiballt different but totally identifiable to the originals. The odd looking bonus symbol is
also a glaring red crouching outline and IGT have added the slow-spinning 3rd reel concept first
seen in their popular Kitty Glitter slot (see Kitty Glitter at Slotjunkies for more information) to add to the anticipation.
As with Wolf Run, the bonus feature is 5 free spins with extra stacked wilds thrown up on each reel
and usually guarantees at least one half-decent spin. While Coyote Moon never sees the same amount
of action as IGT classics like Book Of Ra, it still has a
shelf-life and is one of many slots from IGT which follow a very similar format. Clearly it must
be popular for clones like Great Eagle, L'il Lady, Grand Monarch, Wolf Run et al to co-exist.
Overall, there are better slot machine games on the site in my opinion but if you like
slots like Wolf Run, Cats and Kitty Glitter then the Coyote Moon slot should entertain. For more information,
